The program accepts all food scraps (including meat, fish, dairy and produce), food soiled paper, waxed cardboard, and yard debris.

We'll provide you with FREE in-kitchen containers

Intermediary containers can tuck into tight food prep areas, making food scrap recycling more space efficient. Typically there can be three or four of these stations per kitchen.
